MERCHANDISER training & coverage manager

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Merchandiser Training & Coverage Manager to join our team. This role provides training to the merchandising team to deliver the highest standard of merchandising services to our grocery customers, to assist Area Manager's in their recruitment and management of merchandisers, and to provide merchandiser coverage when required.
Twin aims to deliver “Best in Industry” merchandising, and this role is pivotal in ensuring we meet the retailers expectations for high standards in merchandising, display building and relay implementation.
Key to your success will be your ability to build and leverage relationships, along with a high level of experience in the retail environment including merchandising and relay implementation. You’ll need a full/clean NZ drivers licence as a company vehicle will be provided.
