REGIONAL FIELD SALES MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Field Sales Manager to manage a highly experienced team, based from Auckland. This role involves managing a team of Sales Area Managers, supporting and developing them to excel in all aspects of Sales Representation at store level, including maximising the return of marketing and promotional activity, implementing new product activity, and ensuring strong shelf and display representation for our brands.

 Ideal skills required:

• FMCG Salesperson with Sales Rep/Area Management experience

• Proven ability to develop and lead a team

• Ability to build and leverage strong relationships

• Strong presentation and negotiation skills

• Proven analytical ability, able to interpret and present data

• Self-motivation combined with ability to prioritise and manage time effectively

• 5 years+ FMCG experience
