Shane Webby

Managing Director

 

Shane Webby is owner and Managing Director of Twin.  He has worked in the FMCG industry for over 20 years.  The majority of that time Shane worked at Heinz Wattie’s in both domestic and international sales roles.  After assuming the GM International Business for Heinz Wattie’s in 2008, in 2009 he headed the NZ Domestic Sales Team for six years, and was part of the Executive Team.  In 2015, Shane fulfilled a lifelong dream of owning his own business and bought a majority stake in Twin Agencies Ltd.  Shane continues to lead Twin in his capacity as Managing Director.  He is also previously been a Board Member of the NZ Food and Grocery Council, an industry body supporting the FMCG industry.  

His personal life is filled with his wife Jennifer and four children, where they have made Auckland their home after moving from Waikato.  A keen interest in sports is shared by the family, so there is never a dull moment.

Reagan Hooper

HEAD OF SALES

 

Reagan joined the Twin team in 2017 after returning from his OE. Prior to his time abroad he had held a variety of sales roles at both Charlie’s and Heinz Wattie’s, where he developed a passion for representing great New Zealand brands.

Since joining Twin Reagan has held roles as an Area Manager, Key Account Manager, Regional Field Sales Manager, National Field Sales Manager, and in August 2025 has taken up the role of Head of Sales. He enjoys the constant challenge of leading and empowering our highly motivated and experienced key account and field team, delivering to our Brands’ expectations, and leveraging strong relationships with the retailer’s senior management teams.

When not at work he enjoys spending quality time with his partner Amy and his young family. If there is any time left in the day after that, you will find him exploring the outdoors.

Hannah Manu

HEAD OF COMMERCIAL STRATEGY & Hr

 

Hannah joined the Twin team in 2016, bringing with her a wealth of industry knowledge. Hannah began her FMCG career at Pernod Ricard before joining Heinz Wattie's in 2001, where she spent 14 years developing her experience and skills. She worked up through various roles within the sales team, including Key Account Manager, Category Manager and PEL Customer Manager, where she lead her team to be awarded Supplier of the Year in 2009.  In 2011 Hannah transitioned into the marketing team, finishing up as Head of Marketing in 2014. After spending a year as General Manager of a Design Agency, Hannah then took the role of National Business Manager at Twin.

More recently, Hannah has stepped into the role of Head of Commercial Strategy & HR, spearheading our relationships with our brands to develop winning sales, category and marketing strategies, and developing and driving HR strategies to maximise our talent at Twin.

Outside of work Hannah and her husband Sefita are kept busy raising four daughters, which involves supporting and coaching a variety of sports, and wherever possible long days at the north shore beaches.
