Learning & development
Individual learning & development of our team is key to our success as a business. Team members each have a Personal Development Plan, which sets out targets, stretch goals, and opens up conversations about the future and potential career paths.
We believe the majority of your learning comes from giving you the opportunity to try things out for yourself, to be challenged by your peers, and having the autonomy to take a few risks. We support your learning by having great people on your side, including mentors, managers and peer coaches.
